Behind the name Chris B. is singer and pianist Christian Jung. As a sought-after sideman, he has shared the stage with artists such as Karen Carroll, Sydney Ellis, Jeanne Carroll, and Debra Harris, and has performed at festivals throughout Europe. He’s no stranger to the local scene either—for many years, he has been a key member of the band Alligators of Swing as their pianist.
In his own project, Chris B. blends classic blues roots with influences from jazz, boogie-woogie, and soul. The result is an energetic sound that balances tradition with originality: distinctive vocals, a rousing groove, powerful piano playing, and a dynamic saxophone create an intense live experience. His music thrives on expression and dynamism—and it immediately catches your ear and gets under your skin.
