Meditative Chakra Sound Journey
In a calm and sheltered atmosphere, you can completely leave the hustle and bustle of the world behind for a while. The journey takes place indoors and is experienced in a completely relaxed, reclining position. All you have to do is close your eyes and listen to the harmonious frequencies. The sounds of the singing bowls spread in waves throughout the room and into your body, gently massaging your cells and restoring your energy system to its natural flow.
What You’ll Need for Your Well-Being
So that you can completely let go and enjoy deep relaxation without interruption, please bring the following items with you:
- Your own soft mat (yoga mat or sleeping pad)
- A cozy blanket to cover yourself with
- A pillow for your head or to support your knees
- Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that doesn’t restrict your movement
- Thick, warm socks (since your body can cool down slightly during deep relaxation)
Who Will Guide You I’ll guide you through this retreat with a wealth of experience, calmness, and empathy. As a naturopath, relaxation and movement therapist, and mindfulness and mental coach with my own practice in Berlin, my passion is helping people reconnect with their own strength and balance. I’ll hold a safe space for you so that your body, mind, and soul can find harmony once again.
